To stop the violent crimes and senseless killing among young men and women who are between the ages of 16 and 30 and are involved in drugs, gangs, or other criminal activities.
In addition to using every opportunity to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, we have provided a variety of outreach services since being founded in November 2002, such as collecting/refurbishing used computers and donating them to over 100 school aged children living in low income public housing and subsidized housing; providing "Strengthening Families" parenting classes, basic and intermediate computer training programs for youth and adults, on-line GED preparation training, and National Career Readiness Certificate and WorkKeys training; providing utilities assistance and housing referrals; providing a weekly Bread Ministry and daily clothes closet; providing several community events, such as gospel youth festivals, Christmas give-aways, and even a Mother's Day Dinner for senior citizens; and assisting over 150 youth obtain summer employment and over 300 adults obtain year round full -time and part-time employment by partnering with other non-profit organizations and local companies and businesses.
